How much does CenterSuite cost?

$185 a month, or $1,850 a year (two months free). One bill covers every feature: families, scheduling, attendance, staff and payroll prep, email and texting, billing reminders, and reports.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. It’s month to month, cancel any time. Your data is yours and exports any time, so you’re never locked in.

How does it compare to what I pay now?

Most centers already spend more than $185 a month once you add up a separate email tool, scheduler, staff time clock, texting service and payroll add-on, plus the hours spent keeping them in sync. CenterSuite folds all of that into one bill.

What about texting costs?

Your plan includes 500 text-message credits a month. Two-way texting runs on a dedicated business number; we handle the carrier registration with you during onboarding, and you can top up credits any time.

Who processes online payments from families?

Your center connects its own payment account. Payments are processed by Stripe, or by Intuit Payments Inc. if you connect QuickBooks. Card and bank details go straight to the processor. CenterSuite and your center never see or store them, and every family gets a receipt for every payment.
